The fine print:
Coverage is only available for Golf Club Dues purchased in Canada for Canadian golf facilities. You must be between the ages of 18 and 59 to qualify for coverage. Purchases must be made no later than March 31st, 2002 for the 2002 golf season. You must disclose full cost (including taxes) of golf dues. Minimum premium is $81.00 (including the 8% Provincial Sales Tax).
