To report a claim with respect to your Sure-Swing Golf Club Dues Protection
Plan simply call and report the claim directly to ACE INA Insurance
Company at 1-888-561-1101.
Please note that you must notify ACE INA of your claim
for benefits within 45 days of the date you first couldn't play golf
due to one of the coverage conditions.
